Here at The Chimes East, we want to put the best product we can on each and every table. To that end, we make our own soups, stuffings, salad dressings and desserts. We use only Louisiana crawfish tails. Our steaks are Angus and our chicken breast and wings are always fresh. We patty our own burgers by hand and portion the freshest fish available. We fry with pure, cholesterol-free, 100% peanut oil. We make our own hush puppies and batter and fry our onion rings to order. There are other ways to get the job done, but not for us. We want to do it the right way. We think the end result is worth the extra effort and hope you agree.
